A company annual event when returns after a gap couple of years, you need to give something more to the audience than usual. Cutting Edge-Symantec’s biggest annual internal event was making a come back.

How to engage employees with different means and encourage their wholesome participation in it?

The multiple floors and scattered offices means the task of event branding was much more complex. There are few strategic locations where there is a large crowd gathering everyday. We also found the large television screens almost omnipresent at these locations. This was the ideal opportunity to have something different and make full use of available facilities. We decided to go digital with an event clip which can run on these large screens and capture the entire essence of the event. To go along with it, we have teaser mailers, intranet portal updates and event branding at some locations. Everything was well planned in terms of timing and created good buzz around.
